FAQ: What is the shipping & processing time?
Nobody likes to wait long for the order, right? We agree, that’s why we ship the products only by priority courier services.
The processing time for wallpapers is 2-4 business days and the shipping takes 3-6 business days to United States and Europe. We dispatch all our wallpapers with FedEx.
Please provide your phone number in the order notes. The phone number is required for the courier service and greatly facilitates timely delivery. If the courier company has problems with the delivery of the parcel and can not contact the customer, the shipment might be sent back to us.
Do you offer returns?
Due to the fact that wallpaper is *made to order*, we do not offer refunds/returns unless the product arrives faulty. Therefore, please contact us if you have any problems with your order. After receiving the product, make sure that the material is free from any flaws and the sizes are as ordered. If you have any issues with your order, please ensure to contact us before installation. Once you have installed, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange as you have accepted the item.
How to prepare the wall before applying a wallpaper?
The wall should be dry, light, smooth, clean and free of dust. Newly painted walls need to dry for at least 4 weeks before you apply any of our products. Priming your walls is also a good idea if the wall has a difficult surface (like brick, wood, textured wall etc.) or it is painted with oil paints. Is your wallpaper removable?
This is one of the most popular FAQ we have ever received! Our peel and stick wallpaper is removable, if done correctly. The material we use is highly adhesive, therefore it is made to last and it is a bit trickier to remove than lower-quality wallpapers. We recommend using a fan to heat the glue, then peeling the wallpaper sheet slowly off in 45 degrees. If the wall has been prepared correctly before applying the wallpaper, there should be no problems.
How much wallpaper rolls do I need?
First, measure your wall’s height in inches – this will determine the roll length you will need to order.
Next, measure your wall’s width in inches and divide that number by 25. Round that number up and this will determine the amount of rolls you need. Then measure your wall’s height and choose the offered wallpaper height that suits you. You can also send us the measurements and we will recommend the wallpaper rolls needed to cover your wall. Please make sure to order all the wallpaper amount needed at once.
What else should I keep in mind?
– Please make sure that your shipping address is 100% correct. It is not possible to re-ship if it’s incorrect or your address has changed from that on your account;
– Colors might appear slightly different, depending on your monitor settings;
- All orders will be processed after one business day, which gives 24 hours for you to notify if there should be any changes.
